Saline New Horizons Band

About Us

The Saline New Horizons Band was formed in 2004 by Joe and Mary Labuta for adult music re-learners and new players to have an opportunity to play music in a comfortable group meeting. What makes the program special is that there is opportunity for adults who have not played before- or who have not played in many years - to take part in music. The band is open without audition to all adult players from every level of experience. While a few members are experienced musicians, most have not played for many years and are relearning their musical skills. Others are new to reading and playing music.
