GrieveWell: Grief 101

Description

We all experience grief in our lives, but few of us seek support when we need it most. GrieveWell is a non-profit organization that offers free support and resources to those experiencing grief. This workshop will offer an understanding of what to expect when grieving, provide tools for managing grief, teach how to support others grieving, and information on resources available in our community and online.
